Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Maira reveals Armaan’s long-hidden truth to Anshuman

In tonight's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai episode, Anshuman expresses his gratitude to Maira for courageously exposing the truth about the impostor Pookie. Maira humbly tells him that it was actually he who rescued her. However, Anshuman assures her that she's capable enough to protect herself, even without his help.

Soon after, Maira begins to pen down a letter. When Anshuman curiously asks what she's writing, she shares that it's a letter to the universe, requesting it to bring Pookie back into Abhira’s life. Intrigued, Anshuman decides to write one too. But Maira tears the page, prompting Anshuman to remind her that it's not right to tear a sheet from Geetanjali's diary. That's when Maira surprises him by revealing the diary actually belongs to Armaan.

Perplexed, Anshuman asks Maira why she refers to Geetanjali by name but calls Armaan her father. Maira responds simply, Armaan is her dad, and she has no knowledge about her biological mother. This revelation leaves Anshuman stunned.

Realizing the gravity of the situation, Anshuman decides to share everything with Abhira. At the same time, even Armaan is searching for Abhira. Anshuman believes Armaan won't have the courage to come clean, so he takes it upon himself to tell her the truth. They both discover that Abhira has gone to a temple along with Kajal.

At the temple, Kajal breaks down, questioning why Charu had to die, and Abhira comforts her during her moment of grief. Meanwhile, Vidya silently prays for Pookie's return.

When Anshuman and Armaan arrive at the temple to tell Abhira the truth, Anshuman receives a phone call from the inspector, who informs him that certain facts about Maira have been verified. Wanting to be sure, Anshuman postpones revealing anything to Abhira until he cross-checks the information.

Meanwhile, Armaan discovers through Dadu that Geetanjali had taken Maira to Mount Abu. This causes him to panic, fearing that if Abhira finds out, she'll immediately rush there. To prevent further complications, Armaan decides to get to Mount Abu before Geetanjali relocates Maira again. On the other hand, Anshuman grows increasingly convinced that Armaan has been concealing vital information about Maira all along.

Abhira, missing Pookie terribly, starts wondering if Maira could actually be her long-lost daughter. Seizing the moment, Anshuman tells her that Maira is Pookie. However, Abhira refuses to accept the truth.

Kaveri steps in to confirm Anshuman's claim. After hearing this, Abhira makes up her mind to travel to Mount Abu. At the temple, Vidya is upset to learn that Armaan had kept Maira apart from Abhira. She confronts Kaveri for staying silent, but Kaveri explains that Armaan was the only one who had the right to reveal the truth.

Meanwhile, Armaan and Dadu return home, and Armaan immediately starts looking for Maira. Geetanjali firmly refuses to let Maira leave. She quickly goes into a room, locks the door, and breaks down in tears.

Armaan, standing outside, pleads with her to tell him which friend’s house Maira has gone to. He tries to explain that it’s important for him to take Maira back. But Geetanjali refuses to listen, saying she doesn't want to understand anything because accepting the truth would break her completely. She says she won't be able to live without Maira.

Armaan tries to make her realise that keeping Abhira away from Maira is unfair, and she deserves to know the truth. Even Dadu urges her to understand, reminding her that Abhira is Maira's mother. Both request her to open the door, but she refuses to respond. Instead, she plays loud music and continues crying to drown out their voices.

On the other hand, in the car, Abhira vents her anger to Anshuman, saying that Armaan only spoke the truth because he was drugged. Anshuman tries to calm her down, but Abhira is determined to reach Maira quickly and tells him to drive faster.

Back at the house, Armaan finally forces the door open. He continues to speak to Geetanjali and tells her that no matter how much pain they are in, it's nothing compared to what Abhira is going through. Eventually, Geetanjali reveals that Maira has gone to the neighbour’s house.

Without wasting time, Armaan rushes to bring Maira back. But just as he’s about to act, he sees Abhira and Anshuman arriving in Mount Abu. He’s left stunned to see them there.

In the precap, Abhira is seen cooking a special meal for Maira and offers her a taste of her favourite dish. Maira, however, misses Geetanjali dearly. She asks Armaan when he'll return, but Armaan explains that she must now live with Abhira. Struggling with guilt, Armaan blames himself for turning Abhira and Maira into strangers and resolves to reunite the two sisters.
