Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Armaan's text message brings a smile to Abhira's face

Tonight's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai episode begins with Vidya feeling overwhelmed at the thought of washing a large pile of utensils. Seeing her distressed, both Abhira and Kaveri step in to lend a hand. Amid their work, Abhira requests that Kaveri and Vidya attend Krish's engagement, emphasising that their presence would mean a great deal to Manisha, Kajal, and Kiara. However, both women decline the invitation.

Unwilling to give up, Abhira tries to gently persuade Kaveri once more. Kaveri responds by saying that if it truly matters to Abhira, then she is free to go, subtly keeping herself out of it.

Meanwhile, Krish approaches Kajal, asking if Kaveri and Vidya are indeed boycotting his engagement ceremony. Kajal, instead of answering directly, advises Krish to introspect and consider how his actions may have hurt both women.

Elsewhere, Abhira silently worries about her injury but chooses to keep it hidden from both Kaveri and Vidya. She tells herself she'll handle the pain on her own.

The following day, Armaan is seen frantically searching for his belongings, his wallet, shoes, and handkerchief. Geetanjali, noticing Armaan's struggle, reflects on how their bond has shifted ever since the recent engagement fiasco. She eventually helps him by returning the saree and quietly supporting him.

Remembering that he had left the saree outside without paying for it, Armaan decides to clear the pending payment. He attempts to contact Abhira, who coincidentally is also looking for her phone at the same time.

When Kaveri and Vidya question Abhira about the saree payment, she admits she couldn't collect it earlier due to Kaveri's intervention. Just then, Sanjay surprises all three women by urging Kaveri to reconsider attending Krish's engagement. Kaveri, taken aback, says she needs time to think.

Later on, both Armaan and Abhira fail to reach each other through calls and unknowingly switch to texting instead. When Abhira reads Armaan's message, a smile appears on her face. She decides to send him the scanner for the pending payment, and the two begin chatting.

Armaan, noticing the amount, comments that the saree seemed quite expensive. In response, Abhira explains that his daughter had lovingly ordered it for someone special, and that emotions can’t be measured in money. Armaan then goes ahead and transfers the payment. Abhira confirms that she has received it and thanks him.

This moment makes Armaan recall the emotional letter Abhira had written. He reflects on how sometimes people take their loved ones for granted, and it’s often a friend who helps bring clarity. He acknowledges that, without realising it, Abhira had become that friend. He also shares that her letter for Maira came to him at the right time and truly helped him, expressing his gratitude once again. Their conversation ends on a warm note, with Abhira saying she enjoyed talking to him. She also requests feedback on their service and sends a link to their business page.

Just as Armaan is about to check the link, which could reveal Abhira's identity, he receives an unexpected and shocking message from Geetanjali, pulling his attention away. Armaan finds out that Maira has gone missing. He eventually locates her, and she pleads with him to take her home, refusing to return to school.

Back at the household, Vidya decides to cook a meal but realises they are out of vegetables. Kaveri suggests making a simple dish with rice and dal. Vidya laments that their rations are running dangerously low. After a quick search, she manages to gather a small sum of money to buy some essentials, leaving Kaveri with a heavy heart.

Meanwhile, Abhira starts working on a legal case for Armaan Gupta. She insists on receiving an advance payment for her services. Armaan G, pointing out her earlier unprofessional conduct, agrees to pay once the case is officially filed. Abhira assures him of her commitment while secretly stressing about her EMI obligations.
