Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Armaan breaks down seeing Pookie with Abhira, urges Geetanjali to bring Maira back

Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has taken a dramatic turn after the seven-year leap. Abhira and Armaan are now living separate lives, but destiny seems to be bringing them back together. In the current track, an unexpected twist brings Maira—who is unknowingly close to both—into Abhira's life. After running away from Armaan, Maira ends up in a new place where she meets Abhira. Abhira warmly takes her in and begins trying to find her family.

While Abhira is taking care of Maira at home, Armaan and Geetanjali also start looking for her, unaware that they’re about to cross paths with Abhira.

As we had exclusively reported earlier, Armaan spots Abhira and Maira together at a temple.

In the upcoming episode, Armaan and Geetanjali also reach the same temple. Armaan prays with all his heart to get Maira back. While he’s praying, his eyes fall on Maira, who is dancing and enjoying herself. Seeing her happy, Armaan feels emotional and gets ready to call out to her. But just then, he sees Abhira coming to Maira and lifting her joyfully into the air.

From a distance, Armaan watches them laughing and having fun together. He gets teary-eyed thinking that he had feared his daughter was with a stranger, but in reality, his little girl "Pookie" is with her own mother.

As we mentioned before, an emotional flash-forward will soon show how scared Armaan is of losing his daughter again. Because of this fear, he hides instead of facing the truth. Meanwhile, Abhira helps Maira pray, still unaware that she’s her own daughter. Armaan hides nearby, longing to be with Maira.

Geetanjali also sees Maira and tells Armaan to go bring her back. But Armaan asks her to go instead. Seeing his hesitation, Geetanjali questions him about why he’s hiding and not going himself. Armaan breaks down and begs her not to ask anything right now, as he can’t explain. He just asks her to bring his daughter back.

Geetanjali agrees, but just when she is about to reach Maira, the little girl suddenly goes missing from the temple, leaving them panicked.

Later, Abhira drops Maira at her dance contest. On the other side, Kaveri and Vidya are surprised to see a huge crowd at their saree stall and feel that Maira’s prayers have been answered.

Meanwhile, still looking for Maira, Armaan and Geetanjali separately rush into the fair to find her.
