The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai tonight commences with Dadi (Anita Raj) urging Sanjay to witness the ongoing events. Sanjay, in turn, reassures Dadi that he will explain things to Kajal, but emphasises the importance of handling Rohit (Shivam Khajuria), given the loss of Armaan (Shehzada Dhami). Dadi expresses the sentiment that their values should not be compromised, and the girl involved must face consequences. Meanwhile, Abhira (Samridhii Shukla) examines Armaan's family photos, prompting Sanjay to highlight the urgency of the situation, stating that love can quickly turn into a destructive force.

Acknowledging that they have Armaan due to Madhav's mistake, Sanjay resolves to resolve the matter discreetly to avoid citywide knowledge of the marriage. Armaan directs Abhira to sit and places a toy tortoise there, symbolising her newfound role as Armaan's wife. However, he privately conveys to others that they will not allow Abhira to remain as his wife.
