Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai actors celebrate Independence Day at Wagah Border

The mention of Independence Day', automatically gives us goosebumps. We recollect the many patriots we've been taught about in our schooling days, the national anthem that makes one stand up in attention and not to forget, our very beautiful tri-color flag, that makes us all proud.

Remember how proud we all used to be when there was the annual flag hoisting ceremony in our schools on independence day? Now imagine, being able to celebrate this big day amidst the patriotic fervor.

And this is exactly what Yeh Rishta stars Rohan Mehra and Kanchi Singh did. The duo celebrated this big day at the Wagah Border among hundreds of patriots and jawans.

Not only that, Rohan even waved the tri-color with pride.

When we contacted Rohan, he described the whole experience in only one word- "Electrifying."
