Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Abhimanyu finds Akshara's pregnancy reports & calls off the wedding

In today's episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Abheer shares an interesting tidbit with Aarohi. He mentions how Suhasini once told him that in ancient times, people used peacock feathers to apply Mehndi (Hina) on their hands.

Swarna and Manjari decide to follow this tradition and use peacock feathers for the Mehndi. Abheer suggests an unusual twist – they should write Akshara’s name on Abhimanyu’s hand and Abhimanyu’s name on Akshara’s hand. This playful gesture leaves both of them feeling the impact of each other's names on their hearts.

While this unfolds, Aarohi takes the kids to have dinner, and Sujeet mysteriously leaves the scene. Abhimanyu and Akshara sneak glances at their hands, clearly affected by the exchange.

Akshara notices Aarohi from a distance and witnesses an uncomfortable situation. Sujeet lurks nearby, casting inappropriate glances at Aarohi, who hesitates to get water in his presence.

Meanwhile, Manish, Anand, and Kairav are engrossed in watching a match on their mobiles. Suhasini scolds them for neglecting their children's Mehndi function and suggests they dance to make up for it. Manish expresses hesitation, citing a previous encounter with a choreographer, but Swarna insists they must dance since they are applying Mehndi.

Reluctantly, the men join together to dance to "Mai Ni Mai Teri Munder Pe Bol Raha Hai Kaga." After their performance, Aarohi manages the event's arrangements, and Sujeet approaches her, attempting to touch her inappropriately. Aarohi sternly warns him off, and he responds by suggesting that her loneliness has blurred her understanding of good and bad touch. Aarohi retorts that even schoolgirls can identify people like him.

Meanwhile, Akshara stumbles and almost falls, but Abhimanyu catches her. He questions why she's running around in her heavy lehenga with Mehndi on her hands and offers to help with her tasks. Akshara teases him by asking him to apply lemon on her Mehndi, which leads to some playful fumbling.

In the midst of all this, Aarohi confides in Sujeet, reminding him of her education and her reluctance to create a scene during the celebration. Sujeet responds with a creepy smile, asserting his love for challenges and insinuating that society often blames women instead of men.

Just then, Manjari arrives, asking Aarohi to fetch some items from home and requesting Sujeet's company to prevent the Mehndi from getting spoiled. Abhimanyu and Akshara notice Aarohi's unusual behavior, and Akshara spots Mehndi stains on Sujeet's sleeves.

Akshara later observes Sujeet's disturbing behavior towards the girls at the event. She intervenes when Sujeet tries to block Aarohi's path, leading Aarohi to walk away.

In a private room, Akshara confronts Aarohi about her fears and unhappiness. She chides Aarohi for not standing up for herself and allowing Sujeet to control her. Aarohi explains that she doesn't want to create a scene at her own function.

Akshara implores Aarohi to understand that men like Sujeet are dangerous and need to be stopped before they cause more harm. She offers her unwavering support and assures Aarohi that she will handle the situation while Aarohi focuses on teaching Sujeet a lesson. Aarohi then goes ahead to slap Sujeet in front of the entire family and reveals it to everyone that she has been molested by Sujeet. This leaves everyone shocked.

Akshara and Abhimanyu's sangeet ceremony begins. Aarohi gets Akshara's pregnancy reports and heads to tell this to her. Abhimanyu sees the report and is taken aback. He then goes ahead to tear the report calling off his wedding with Akshara.
