Yash Arrives In Mumbai With Style, Gears Up To Play Raavan In Ramayana

Yash, the rocking star of Indian cinema, recently made headlines after a video of his airport appearance went viral. Dressed in a smart black T-shirt paired with grey jeans, he kept his look cool and casual. He completed the outfit with black sunglasses and matching sneakers, looking stylish and confident.

The actor arrived in Mumbai ahead of his shoot for the much-anticipated mythological film Ramayana. A video clip shows Yash walking out of the airport, surrounded by tight security. As he walked towards his car, he stopped for a moment, looked at the paparazzi, and posed for them with a slight smile. Showing his humble nature, he folded his hands and greeted them, before waving and saying goodbye. Fans loved this gesture and appreciated his grounded attitude.

As per reports, Yash is going to start filming his solo scenes for Ramayana this week. According to Pinkvilla, he has already completed a major chunk of his next big film Toxic, and now he is ready to shift focus to Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana. A close source revealed, “Yash is all set to kickstart his journey on Ramayana with a series of solo sequences. A bespoke set has been erected in Mumbai, designed to reflect the grandeur befitting Raavana.”

The source further shared, “This first leg will focus on some of the most visually breathtaking scenes featuring Yash, utilizing cutting-edge VFX and world-class cinematography.”

The upcoming magnum opus Ramayana stars Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Ram, Sai Pallavi as Goddess Sita, and Sunny Deol as Lord Hanuman. Yash will be seen playing the role of Raavan. The movie will be released in two parts, with the first part aiming for a Diwali 2026 release and the second in Diwali 2027.

Yash’s calendar is fully packed with powerful projects. After Toxic, which will release in March 2026, fans can expect to see him in a never-seen-before avatar in Ramayana. With back-to-back big releases and powerful characters, Yash is truly set to rule the box office in 2026.
