Will Shilpa be dethroned from 'Miss Bollywood' crown?
The charming beauty of Bollywood, Shilpa Shetty stands her ground as she denies reports of a probable replacement being looked out, for the second run of her successful West End musical, 'Miss Bollywood'.

But the reports doing rounds now is that, the license holders of the
musical, Harris International are based in Dubai and hence the story on
Shilpa being booted out cannot be true. Harris says, "There are no
immediate plans for a second run only because Shilpa is going to be
super busy with a whole lot of announced and unannounced films,
endorsements and other assignments chalked out till mid 2009".
Further clarifying things, is M.S. Ajmal, of Harris International, who
opined, "After our run in Germany, UK and Holland, offers are
constantly pouring in from Australia and the United States too for
putting up shows of the musical. Ever since 'Big Brother' and Richard
Gere happened to her, Shilpa is in great demand in all these countries
and is looked upon as the face of contemporary Bollywood. But we
haven't yet zeroed in on plans for a second innings yet".
Well, all looks contradictory as the initial reports suggested that
Shilpa did give herself a hike after the stupendous success of the
first series of 'Miss Bollywood', which left Farhath Hussain stranded.
Defending the actress, our well-placed source says, "Shilpa is an
extremely professional person and not the kind to trouble anyone. She's
a rich girl and doesn't run after money. She's been lucky to always get
what she deserves".
Well, amidst all reports, the question of whether the Brand Diva,
Shilpa aims for perfection, creativity or is it money that matters,
still remains unanswered.-(SAMPURN)
