What will be the outcome of the Naira - Kartik - Gayu love triangle?

Star Plus' Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, has finally reached its peak with the love triangle track between Naira (Shivangi Joshi), Kartik (Mohsin Khan) and Gayu (Kanchi Singh) getting more intense. Gayu confesses her love for Kartik to Akshara (Hina Khan) and everyone is happy, except for Naira.

Naira decides to sacrifice her love for the happiness of Gayu. But, Akshara and Naitik realize that something's up with Naira. After they quiz Mishti, she reveals that Kartik is in love with Naira and not Gayu.

Hence, Akshara and Naitik go and speak to Gayu. At first, a heartbroken Gayu locks herself up in her room and cries her heart out.

But, Akshara and Naitik get a duplicate key to her room and unlock it. Akshara and Naitik then decide to speak to Gayu as they feel that Kartik, Naira, and Gayu would be unhappy if Kartik and Gayu are married to each other. A level headed Gayu then willingly lets Kartik go to Naira.

Naira too comes and speaks to Gayu to sort out any differences that they may have had and the sisters patch up.
