Model Farhan Khan who made his television debut as a main lead with Sony Tv's Chhanchhan opposite Sanaya Irani in conversation with TellyBuzz on what if he was not an actor.

What if you were not an actor?

If I was not an actor, I would have definitely been an athlete. That's because before stepping into modeling, my world twirled around sports.

Is anyone from your family into this profession?

Well, my profession owes its foundation to my family. I have quite a filmy background that helped me to get a grip in this industry.  My father is an actor, a television producer and director.

If you get a chance to change your career, will you do so?

I've been a sportsperson and an international model for about 6 years. It's just been hardly anytime that I've stepped into the Television industry. For me it is an opportunity to explore and learn every day. And trust me; I'm enjoying every bit of it. I believe whatever happens, happens for good. So now when I've dedicated myself completely to acting, I cannot even think of going back reverse. I promise I'll learn, progress and prosper into the acting field.

How did acting happen to you?

As far as my debut show Chhanchhan is concerned, I got a call from the manager of 'Optimystix', a very well-known production house. So I gave an audition for the lead role. Surprisingly, I got selected and went through further auditions and look test. And everything got sorted in two day's time. So this is how I've just began…
