Weight has never been a barrier for this Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi Actor

After starting his career in theatre, actor Alpesh Dhakan has ventured into television. Currently, the actor is seen in the Beyond Dreams popular show Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi as the loving brother, Saurabh.

The actor, who is on the bulkier side, feels very confident about his weight. He adds,"Why should I feel bad or think of this as a barrier when I am in this world by the grace of God and nature made me like this. I am a positive person and always think positive." 

Talking about his role in the show, Alpesh says,"This is the first time I am working with Yash Patnaik and playing a Bengali character. I have been to Kolkata for a play by Rabindranath Tagore (Achalayatan) and was there for fifteen days. I am aware of Bengalis and the city." 

Later on, Alpesh has also done a play with actress Smriti Zubin Irani called Muktidham. Talking about the overall experience in the show Alpesh says, "Sounds cliched but I have a wonderful rapport with the whole cast and with Erica, who plays my sister in the show is also a good friend. The moment I come on the set I look for Erica and chat with her. After she comes to the set we have to meet each other." 

Talking about the young cast, Alpesh adds,"What is good and encouraging is we all compliment each other's work and that is a very healthy sign."
