We will never talk about it: Kristen Stewart on her relationship with Robert Pattinson

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart were one of the most loved couples in Hollywood. The ex-couple, who met and fell in love with each other on the sets of Twilight (2008), started dating during the summer of 2009. After staring in four more films as part of the Twilight franchise, things went down the hill when Kristen’s affair with director Rupert Sanders became the headlines. 

A lot was said, wrote and rewrote about the said affair and break-up, but the couple chose to stay mum about the matter. After a brief reconciliation between Robert and Kristen, that happened in October 2012 the young couple finally called it quits in May 2013.

Even though the ex-couple was spotted being cordial with each other at Lily-Rose Depp's birthday party in 2018, Robert and Kristen have very rarely talked about their past-relationship, even during their Twilight days. 

In a recent interview with Harper's Bazaar UK, the 29-year-old actress revealed why they did not publicly address their relationship status. She said, “When me and Rob were together, we did not have an example to go by. So much was taken from us that, in trying to control one aspect, we were just like, 'No, we will never talk about it. Never. Because it’s ours'.”

On the work front, Stewart will be seen in the Charlie’s Angels alongside Naomi Scott and Ella Balinska. The movie is slated to release on 15th November, 2019.
