The One Direction singer tragically passed away on October 16 after falling from his hotel room balcony. His funeral took place last week. Amidst ongoing mourning from fans, a recent report alleges that Liam was trying to escape from his hotel room balcony when the fatal incident occurred. The report also claims that the hotel staff knew about his attempt to leave but did not intervene, leaving him alone in his room.

According to witnesses, a police report, a 911 call, and surveillance footage, it has been disclosed that Liam was attempting to leave his hotel room using the balcony. TMZ sources stated that Liam detested being confined in hotel rooms, likely due to his previous experiences with One Direction. On the day of his passing, Liam was trying to exit his hotel room in Argentina by utilizing the balcony. Allegedly, the singer had used hotel balconies to escape in the past as well.

According to an insider, prior to the incident in Argentina, Liam's bodyguard had confined him in a Florida rental house upon discovering he was on a drug binge. In Argentina, CCTV footage obtained by an international entertainment news outlet showed Liam acting strangely and appearing intoxicated. He was causing disruption, leading three hotel employees to assist him back to his room.

The video revealed that Liam was conscious. He resisted going into the room, but the footage displayed the hotel staff forcefully getting him inside and securing the room with a master key card. Shortly after, Liam tragically fell to his death.

The report also stated that a hotel employee dialed 911 to report Liam's situation. The transcript showed the employee's concern for Liam. "I don’t know whether his life may be in danger. He is in a room with a balcony, and, well, we’re a little afraid," the transcript quoted.

Additionally, the report highlighted that Liam seemed conscious after the balcony fall. He was observed with a bag on his shoulder, which was absent when he was in the lobby. Police discovered a leather bag on the second-floor balcony, supporting the theory that Liam was attempting to move from his third-floor room to the second floor to escape. The report suggested that the bag belonged to Liam.

The insider informed the international outlet that they hold the hotel responsible for Liam's passing. At present, Liam's family has not responded to the recent report.
