Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma snapped strolling In Melbourne ahead of boxing day test

Ahead of the Boxing Day Test match against Australia starting Thursday, Indian cricket team's star batter, Virat Kohli, was spotted taking a leisurely walk in Melbourne with his wife, Anushka Sharma. In a video that has gone viral on social media, fans captured the couple walking down the street. Despite facing criticism for his recent performance after scoring a century in the first Test match, Kohli's form has not been at its best. With the series tied at 1-1, India is counting on Virat to boost their chances of securing a spot in the World Test Championship (WTC) Final.

During their time in the Australian city, the couple made a stop at a cafe and restaurant. Showing appreciation for 'Virushka', the establishment took to social media to share how the Indian cricketer personally expressed his gratitude to the chefs in the kitchen. Additionally, they mentioned their initial hesitance about opening the cafe on a public holiday, only to be pleasantly surprised by the unexpected visit from Kohli and Anushka.

“This morning, while we were still debating whether to keep our cafe open on a public holiday, little did we know we were about to have the surreal experience of serving King @virat.kohli @anushkasharma, and the family at our little cafe,” the cafe said on Instagram.

The couple was also seen strolling the streets of Melbourne. Surprisingly, unlike in India, no one approached them for selfies, photos, or autographs during their walk.

Recently, Virat was criticised for his rude behaviour with Australian media. A video emerged online showing the cricketer visibly upset with the Australian media at Melbourne Airport for trying to photograph his children without consent. Following the video going viral, netizens expressed their discontent with Virat's actions, criticizing him for seemingly treating his children like royal ones.
