Vikas Gupta and Parth Samthaan to take the 'Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan' legacy forward

Fans, rejoice! The popular cult show, Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan which was immensely loved by the audiences is all set to come back with a season 3.

But hold on... if you are thinking that Vikas and Parth have buried their hatchet and will be coming together for the show then you are mistaken!

Yes, both of them are touted to be a part of the upcoming season of the popular youth show but not the same one.

Apparently, two different production houses are coming up with two different shows which will be taking the Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan legacy forward. While Vikas Gupta's 'The Lost Boy Productions' had announced the the sequel of the show through social media in January this year, the latest buzz suggests that BBC is also coming with their version of the series. 

The show was a brainchild of Vikas Gupta and the production was handled by BBC . And the show catapulted both Vikas and Parth to new heights of fame.

But the camaraderie between the producer and actor was short-lived, as soon after some time, Parth filed a molestation case against Vikas Gupta which took the industry by storm. The mud slinging continued for a while and eventually Ekta Kapoor jumped into the controversy and revealed the relationship between Parth and Vikas. This led to things getting dirty from both parties' end.

And after having decided to stay clear of each other's personal and professional lives, looks like the duo is all set to lock horns again.

While no cast has been announced from Vikas Gupta camp, we got to know from our sources that Parth Samthaan has been approached by BBC Production and not only Parth, the production house has approached even Charlie Chauhan to be a part of the show.

We contacted Charlie Chauhan who confirmed the news of being approached.

We also contacted Vikas Gupta, who refused to comment on anything pertaining to Parth Samthan .
