Vijay Deverakonda has recently spoken up about the ongoing relationship speculations with his Dear Comrade co-star Rashmika Mandanna. Although he didn't directly name Rashmika, he mentioned that he will disclose details about his relationship when the time is right. He emphasized the importance of having a reason, purpose, and timing for sharing such information. Vijay acknowledged people's curiosity about his personal life but expressed that he doesn't feel pressured to discuss it at the moment.

In an interview with Bombay Times, Vijay Deverakonda said, “I will talk about it when I am ready, when I think that the world needs to know, and I want to share it with everyone. There needs to be a reason, a purpose and a time for it. So, on such a day, I will happily share it with the world in my way." He further added,“When you’re a public figure, it’s part of the job. There’s a lot of curiosity, but I don’t feel any pressure. I read it as news. Only once I felt the need to respond (hinting at the time when he posted an Instagram story reacting to a report about his wedding), but otherwise, it’s alright," he added.

“I don’t know if something called unconditional love exists. If it does, it exists along with pain. If you love someone unconditionally, there will be some sadness and pain that you carry to be able to do that," he added.

For those unaware, earlier this year, the Liger actor made it clear that he is not going to be engaged or married. Reacting to rumours about his wedding with Rashmika Mandanna, he told Lifestyle Asia, “I’m not getting engaged or married in February. It feels like the press just wants to get me married every two years. I hear this rumour every year. They’re just walking around waiting to catch me and get me married."

Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna starred together in the 2018 movie Geetha Govindam and the 2019 film Dear Comrade. Just a few days back, Vijay Deverakonda released the teaser of Rashmika Mandanna's upcoming movie 'The Girlfriend'. Interestingly, the teaser includes a voice-over by Vijay himself.
