The apartment, spanning a generous 258.48 square meters, boasts three designated parking spaces and comes with a hefty price tag.

The lease agreement, which was finalized in April 2025, involves a monthly rent of Rs 17.01 lakh for the initial two years, escalating to Rs 17.86 lakh in the final year. This translates to a total rental commitment of approximately Rs 6.2 crore over the three-year period. The agreement also includes a substantial security deposit of Rs 1.75 crore, along with stamp duty and registration charges totaling Rs 1.79 lakh. This latest lease follows a previous five-year agreement signed in July 2021, where the initial monthly rent was Rs 8 lakh.

Meanwhile, on the professional front, Vicky Kaushal's recent historical drama "Chhaava" has achieved phenomenal box office success, grossing an impressive Rs 601 crore within just 22 days of its theatrical release.
