Varun Dhawan teases his presence in 'Stree 2' with Shraddha Kapoor in a sizzling song 'Khoobsurat'

The excitement around the much-awaited horror-comedy Stree 2 has reached new heights, with fans eagerly anticipating the return of Shraddha Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao, and Pankaj Tripathi in their iconic roles. As the makers continue to build the buzz with trailers, teasers, and songs, a delightful surprise has added even more anticipation to the mix—Varun Dhawan, known for his role in Bhediya, is set to appear in a special song titled Khoobsurat.

Varun Dhawan took to Instagram to tease the new track, sharing a short teaser that showcases his captivating chemistry with Shraddha Kapoor. The song, which is slated for release on August 9, 2024, promises to be a romantic ballad that fans won’t want to miss. In his post, Dhawan hinted at a mysterious connection between his character and Shraddha’s, sparking curiosity about his role in the film. Stree 2, directed by Amar Kaushik and produced by Dinesh Vijan and Jyoti Deshpande, is set to hit theaters on August 15, 2024. The film, which continues the story from the 2018 hit Stree, brings back the beloved Chanderi gang for another round of horror-comedy. The recently released trailer, running 2 minutes and 54 seconds, promises an engaging blend of humor and chills. It introduces a new villain, Sarkata, who threatens the women of Chanderi, while Rajkummar Rao’s character, Vicky, steps up as the village’s protector.

Adding to the excitement, reports have also confirmed that Akshay Kumar will make a surprise appearance in Stree 2. Although details of his role remain under wraps, fans are thrilled at the prospect of seeing his comedic talent in this highly anticipated sequel.
