Trisha Krishnan alerts her fans after her X account gets hacked

Actor Trisha Krishnan is enjoying the success of her recent release, Vidaamuyarchi. However, she has also become the latest victim of scammers, as her official X account was hacked. Following the incident, Trisha took to social media to inform her fans about the hacking of her account.

On Tuesday evening, the actor updated her Instagram Stories to inform her followers that her X account had been hacked. She wrote in the caption, “My Twitter is hacked, guys. Whatever is posted is not from me until rectified. Thanks.”

A series of posts announcing the launch of her own cryptocurrency alerted many fans to the actor's hacked X account. One post, featuring a picture of her, included the caption, “My new cryptocurrency $KRISHNAN is now live."

Reports indicate that this isn't the first instance of the actress facing hacking attempts on her social media accounts. With the post now deleted, it’s expected that Trisha's account will be restored shortly.

Trisha was recently featured in Vidaamuyarchi, a film that tells the story of a man on a high-stakes mission to rescue his wife from a dangerous group in Azerbaijan. Filming began in 2023 and wrapped up in 2024, after which Ajith Kumar turned his attention to his racing career. Initially scheduled for a Pongal release, the film experienced several delays before finally making its way to theaters. It received a mixed response from both critics and audiences.

Vidaamuyarchi, which was released on February 6, 2025, is inspired by the American film Breakdown starring Kurt Russell.

Alongside Ajith Kumar and Trisha Krishnan, the cast includes Arjun Sarja, Regina Cassandra, Arav, and many others in prominent roles.

Trisha is also set to appear in several upcoming films, including Vishwambhara with Chiranjeevi and Thug Life featuring Kamal Haasan.
