Trailer Launch of the documentary Katiyabaaz

Phantom Films has come on board to present Katiyabaaz, a renowned documentary directed by Deepti Kakkar and Fahad Mustafa.

Vikramaditya Motwane had first seen the film and then decided to present it as it is a great concept to be associated with. He will be spearheading the project.

The documentary received much appreciation by all present at the trailer launch. Present at the event were Anurag Kashyup and Vikramaditya Motwane from Phantom and directors Deepti Kakkar and Fahad Mustafa.

Katiyabaaz is a story of electricity crisis and theft in Kanpur. The film has travelled to over 50 international film festivals and was premiered at the Berlin International Film Festival. It was awarded the National Film Award and Best Indian Film Award at the Mumbai Film Festival last year.

Katiyabaaz is all set to release on August 22, 2014.
