"This show is not my comeback show" : Reena Kapoor

The beautiful and petite actress Reena Kapoor, who is popularly known as Rani from Woh Rehne Wali Mehlo Ki on Sahara One, was a known face in the industry some time back however, she has been missing from the television these days. Her curious fans are eager to know about what's happening on the work front these days.

Well there is good news for the fans of Reena who will be seen in Reliance Big Magic's show as a host. She will be hosting an astrological show named Grah Nakshatra along with a Pandit from Jodhpur.

TellyBuzz decided to have a chit - chat session with the pretty actress to know more about the show and happenings in her life.

When asked Reena about hosting the show, Grah Nakshatra she said, "I know my fans want me to be on TV. So here I am on Reliance Big Magic channel hosting an astrological show which educates people on different shlokas that we recite in our day to day life. Also it will solve day today problems of the people around."

Reasoning about what made her choose a show which is not on a GEC (General Entertainment Channel), Reena says, "The reason I chose this show is because I am interested in the show as well as anything related to astrology or even Hindu culture. I am deeply interested in this show as this show gives me personal time and I don't have to shoot much for the show. Just five to six days a week so it's easy for me to balance home with work."

For Reena this is not her come back show, "I wouldn't say its my come back, as many people don't have an access to the channel. I am waiting for a concrete substantial role and this show is not my come back."

We asked her where was she for so many years? "After finishing Woh Rehne Wali, I thought of taking a break and wanted to give some time to myself and my family. But when I decided to get back to television the roles that were offered to me were not really good that I could them take up. I had to actually wait and my wait is still going on," says Reena.

So, what kind of roles is Reena looking forward to portray on screen and she said, "I would like to play the role of a young mother. I know I may not be offered lead roles but a decent role with a good character is what I am looking at."

"I would like to tell all my fans that I am not at all social so I don't really comment or reply back to your mails but yes I actually read all your mails. I will come back soon on screen," concluded Reena.
