This actor is all set to make a COMEBACK to TV after 2 years!

The season of comebacks has hit tellytown. Several actors recently made their comebacks which include actors, Sharad Kelkar and Shoaib Ibrahim with 'Koi Laut Ke Aaya Hai', Kritika Kamra with 'Prem Ya Paheli? - Chandrakanta' and Helly Shah with 'Devanshi' among others.

It is safe to say that the season has in fact just begun. While there are more comebacks slated to happen already, another popular actor is all set to make a comeback to TV after 2 years.

We are talking about actor Hasan Zaidi. According to a leading news portal, Hasan is all set to make a comeback with Life Ok's magnum opus show, 'Sher-E-Punjab: Maharaja Ranjit Singh.'

If sources are to be believed, Hasan will be playing the character of Hashmat Khan, the chief who gets defeated repeatedly by Maha Singh, Ranjit Singh's father. Continuing the long association of being enemies, Hashmat would also go against Ranjit Singh.

Hasan is best known for his powerful performances in shows like 'Khottey Sikkey' and 'Rishta.Com,' and was last seen in the Sony Pal show, 'Tum Sath Ho Jab Apne.'

We contacted Hasan, who said, "I have auditioned and given the look test for the show, but I am yet to hear from them. If things work out, I would be really happy to make a comeback with 'Sher-E-Punjab: Maharaja Ranjit Singh."
