The bail for Rahul Raj Singh has been REJECTED..!

The mystery behind Pratyusha Banerjee's death has a new development. A bail was pleaded for Rahul Raj Singh who is currently in hospital. However, the latest we know is that the anticipatory bail has been rejected by the court.

Just a day ago, lawyer Neeraj Gupta backed out of the case and lawyer, Ashok Sarogi got appointed. He went ahead and filed an anticipatory bail under section 438 at Dindoshi Police Station, Mumbai. After being accepted initially, today was the hearing pertaining it. It has now been rejected.

We contacted Lawyer Falguni Brahmbhatt who confirmed the news to Tellybuzz, "Yes, the bail has been rejected." The next development on this saga is to follow now.
