Team CID felicitate the winners of Shaatir Lekhak Contest

Three intriguing stories, innumerable entries and once in a lifetime opportunity for three fans to be part of the most iconic show of Indian Television! This is how one can summarise Sony Entertainment Television's recently concluded Shaatir Lekhak Contest for India's longest running show, CID.

For over two decades, Sony Entertainment Television's CID team has kept audiences across India at the edge of their seats as they diligently solve cases. In a bid to engage them further, the channel gave the fans a golden opportunity to be a part of the show with Shaatir Lekhak Contest. After an overwhelming response with entries pouring in from across the country, the channel found three winners in Rakhi Lotlikar from Goa, Irfan Ahmad Bhat from Baramulla (J&K) and Vineeta Singh from Kanpur. Their stories will now be shot into episodes to be soon telecast on the channel.

Each winner was gratified in presence of ACP Pradyuman (Shivaji Satam), Abhijeet (Aditya Srivastav) and Daya (Dayanand Shetty) in a glittering event. Along with this meet and greet session, they were welcomed to the CID family with a Certificate and Rs. 50,000 cash prize. To add to their excitement, they will see their favorite cops solving a case out of their narrations.

From the famous dialogues to the investigation sequences, viewers have idolised the characters and have become a part of the show's journey.  Shaatir Lekhak Contest was not only a great chance for the fans to participate in the sow but it also brought them one step closer to their favourite Characters.
