Tahira Kashyap Rubbishes Rumors Of Mother Being a Part of 'Ramayan'

It did come across as a surprise when a certain set of rumors started circulating that Tahira Kashyap, wife of actor Ayushmann Khurrana's mother, Anita Kashyap apparently played the role of Trijata, a demon in the iconic show, Ramayan.

However, putting all these rumors to rest, Kashyap issued a statement saying that her mother was never a part of the show and that she was an educationalist. The statement read: There's no truth to these reports of my mother Mrs Anita Kashyap starring in the Ramayan show. All these reports are false. She was an educationist and has no connection with this show, whatsoever.

Ramayan has been the talk of the town ever since the rerun of the iconic show began a few weeks ago. 

Certainly ball these rumors have now been out to rest.
