Tabu starts filming for Drishyam 2

Tabu has begun filming for the sequel of 'Drishyam'. 

Tabu took to Instagram on Tuesday, with a picture of a clapboard and a caption stating, "Day 1. Drishyam 2." 

The film is a sequel to Abhishek Pathak's 2015 crime thriller 'Drishyam,' which starred Tabu and Ajay Devgn. 

For the uninitiated, Ajay Devgn's character Vijay in the blockbuster film 'Drishyam' convinced everyone that his family had gone on vacation, which turned out to be the ideal way to avoid his family being convicted of murder. 

Ajay will reprise one of his most captivating characters and continue in Vijay's shoes in the sequel. The story takes the audience on a journey that leaves them wondering how he will escape this time. 

Tabu reprises her role as Meera Deshmukh, the Inspector General of Police. As per reports, the sequel is currently being shot in Goa.

Meanwhile, Tabu will next be seen in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 alongside kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani. And on the other hand, Ajay Devgn is busy promoting his next, titled Runway 34, alongside Rakul Preet and Amitabh Bachchan.
