SAB TV's most popular show 'Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah'
celebrated the completion of its 100th episode yesterday. The famous comic duo of Jethalal (Dilip Joshi) and Dayaben (Disha Vakani) along with their family and friends of Gokuldham Co-op Housing Society were present for the celebrations.

"It feels great and we have achieved a brilliant milestone. To come up with such achievement is so good," says Dilip Joshi.

Talking to Disha she states, "All these episodes went smoothly and we enjoyed it."

When asked about their memorable moment both quip that, "The shoot of the episode for 26 January was good. We hosted the flag in the morning and had a party at night. In the party all of us performed according to our states' culture."

In the coming episodes what can the viewers look forward to? "We hope to make people happy and laugh in the same manner as we have been doing," says Dilip. While Disha adds, "We hope to complete 1000 episodes of the show in the same manner."

Not many people know that the show is based on a true person called Taarak Mehta who writes for a Gujarati magazine. "He has been writing a column called 'Duniya Na Undha Chasmah' since 37 years. It was pride to see him on the sets celebrating the success of our show," concludes Disha.

We congratulate them for such a great success…
