Sushmita Sen responds to being called 'gold-digger' with a long schooling post

The last few days has all been about internet going overdrive ever since businessman Lalit Modi went on to make an announcement that he is dating actor Sushmita Sen. This led to a barrage of rumors circling around including memes, comments and even allegations and assumptions.

On one hand, Modi has been more than vocal about the same, Sen went on to post about how she is 'surrounded by love' and hoped that the haters 'go back to life and work'. But that wasn't it. The comments didn't stop and it led to more allegations being thrown around where one of the recurring one people calling Sen a 'gold-digger'.

Keeping her integrity and poise as always, Sen went on to put a long post about the same also talking about how she is perfectly fine and none of this noise matters.

Her post read, "Perfectly centred in my being & my conscience…I love how nature merges all it’s creation to experience oneness…and just how divided we are, when we break that balance. 🤗👍

For the unversed, Sushmita Sen and her Kashmiri partner Rohman Shawl were in a happy space until May 2022. Post that, the couple parted ways but on cordial note. In a recent interaction, Sushmita had talked about why she isn't married until no and how she always got with men who had some or the other issues and weren't in the right space.

To be noted, Sushmita's ex boyfriend Rohman Shawl also expressed himself in regards to Sushmita and Lalit's reaction. Talking to Pinkvilla he quoted, ""Let’s be happy for them na. Love is beautiful. All I know is if she has chosen someone, he is worth it!"

Talking about her acting engagements, Sen was last seen in the second season of Aarya on Disney+ Hotstar..
