Sushant Singh Rajput’s death investigation has finally set in motion and after the Supreme Court directed the mysterious death by suicide of the late actor towards CBI. A High-level team of central agency officers lead by Nupur Prasad arrived in Mumbai on Thursday.
The CBI team has commenced its investigation in no time and Sushant’s cook Neeraj was taken into custody earlier this morning. While the agency officers began their probe early this morning, a team was spotted heading from the office of DCP Zone 9 Abhishek Trimukhe, to the Bandra Police station for further investigation and data collection.

https://twitter.com/ANI/status/1296691040322064387The recent Times Now report suggests that the team was spotted collecting the case diary, the late actor’s phone, laptop, and other forensic data from Mumbai Police. If required, the team would also speak to the Mumbai Police DCP, with whom the family of Sushant shared a WhatsApp message in February this year citing threat to the life of the actor.

Another Times of India report suggested that CBI has also recorded the statement of Sushant's father and his elder sister Rani Singh.
On the other hand, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) continues to investigate the financial irregularities in Sushant Sigh Rajput’s account. The authorities have questioned his acquaintances, his family members, and even girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty followed by her family members.
