Suniel Shetty pens a heartwarming note for daughter Athiya while sharing a picture from her Sangeet

The wedding photos of Indian cricketer KL Rahul and actress Athiya Shetty have been causing a stir on the internet. The two longtime lovers, who tied the knot on 23rd January, 2023. At their private ceremony, which was held at Suniel Shetty's bungalow in Khandala, Jahaan, their closest friends and family were present. Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul released photographs from their sangeet ceremony yesterday. The images were aww-dorable and one of them included Suniel Shetty and his daughter Athiya dancing their hearts out at the sangeet. Suniel Shetty has now uploaded the same photo on his Instagram page along with a touching message for Athiya.

His caption read, "You had me wrapped around your finger since the day you were born and now you have me dancing to your tunes … love you my baby … stay blessed always 🖤@athiyashetty"

While Athiya looked gorgeous in a pale chikankari lehenga from Anjul Bhandari, Suniel Shetty is clad in an ivory kurta. The lehenga was embellished with Swarovski crystals, and Athiya accessorised it with a maang tikka and her naani's vintage chandbali earrings.

Meanwhile, Suniel Shetty also dropped a bunch of pictures from Athiya and KL's wedding and penned, “A hand to hold and a reason to believe because sometimes the right place is a person and the ingredients love and trust … congratulations and Godbless my bachchas @athiyashetty @klrahul.”

Later after the wedding, Suniel Shetty addressed the media and informed that a grand reception will be held by the couple for their cricket and Bollywood friends post IPL, probably in June.
