#Stylebuzz : A look at epic costumes from Baal Veer!

Baal Veer is one of the most loved fantasy shows of India. The show has an interesting story line and also the character designs of the show are beautiful. Let's take a look at some of the amazing costumes in Baal Veer.

1. Sudeepa Singh's royal gown.

Sudeepa's Costume in the show is very simplistic, yet looks royal... especially with her golden crown and her winged magic staff.

 2. Aashka Goradia's maleficent inspired gown .

The intricate metal work on Aashka's costume just steals the show away! It looks just fabulous and it almost seems like Aashka has just walked off an international fashion show!

3. Karishma Tanna's gold net gown.

Although this dress is very beautiful and suits karishma, it reminds me of curtains from a 5 star hotel!

4. Shweta Tiwari's Herbal/Ayurvedic/ Natural costume!

Shwea Tiwari's costume looks beautiful and she had an amazing magic staff as well. The top half of her costume resembled tree branches and roots. Now this is something Indian TV has never seen before. 

5. Deepshikha's elven themed dress and accesories.

Deepshikha's costume looked very elegant. It could be related to the fictional character- elves. Elves are too fond of a similar colour combinations and also her head gear and wand resembles the elven armour, which had a steam-punk look to it.

6.  Sugandha Mishra's Viking inspired costume. 

 

Sugandha's costume looked like she had just come out of a Viking story! Her leather like corset and gown were quite similar to viking costumes. Vikings were warriors and hunters, who often wore animal fur just like this costume. Also, the headgear is very similar to the Viking helmets!                           

Enough of this amazing costume talk! Now lets talk about whose costume needs to be improved.

It's the lead's costume! Baal Veer is a grown up boy. Wonder why his costume looks like its inspired by Chhota Bheem! Orange jumpsuit with blue sleeves and a red cape! Even the colours don't complement each other! And there is this pointless shoulder guard, which will provide no resistance to damage at all! One stab.. is all it would take and Baal Veer's game is over!  Even his magic wand looks like the bottom shaft of a diya! Baal Veer's costume definitely has a vast room for improvement!
