Sony TV's remarkable achievement for acquiring fourth position after 17 months!

GEC channel Sony TV has achieved high TRPs and has surpassed two leading GECs on the chart by acquiring fourth position.

Last week we reported about the decline of TRP ratings of the leading GEC channel Sony TV and appeared at the bottom of the chart. But as the game of the numbers keep on fluctuating, Sony TV climbed the ladder of success and acquired the 4th position in the ratings surpassing Life OK and SAB TV.

It's an achievement for Sony TV and it is a remarkable one happening after 17 months. The increase in TRP numbers is solely because of the quiz game show Kaun Banega Crorepati 8 which is hosted by the legendary director Amitabh Bachchan. It has continued to top the charts and has been the consistent gainer for the channel. Along with KBC the investigative show CID too has its share for gaining maximum numbers as because it has its 17 years long association with the channel. The viewership of both these shows is constant.

So the channel has a reason to celebrate ad hope it continues to climb the stairs as Sony TV has many shows in its pipeline which will hit the screen soon.

Now it's a wait and watch game whether the channel will succeed in holding the numbers or not.

TellyBuzz wishes a hearty congratulations to the entire team of Sony TV.
