Sony TV's 'Bajirao Mastani' finds its YOUNG Bajirao..!

The child actor will be playing the younger version of the Peshwa king..

Sony TV can finally be considered to be among the biggies with 'The Kapil Sharma Show' and 'Super Dancer' having great numbers at the weekend slot and with 'Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi' and the newly launched 'Beyhadh' gaining great momentum in the weekday slot.

According to sources, Sony is in no plans of stopping and is ready to introduce some new shows in the next few months. And one of them is reliving the period epic, 'Bajrao Mastani'.

The show has already commenced shooting and with the casting going all guns blazing, the lead role for the young Bajirao was still a mystery.

And that search seems to have ended.

Child actor, Rudra Soni, best known for playing Manav in the long-running kid fantasy drama, 'Baal Veer' has been roped in to play the young Bajirao.

Yes! That's right.

The show has already roped in actors like Anuja Sathe and Manish Wadhwa to play Bajirao's parents and the family of Bajirao is now complete.

Also joining the cast is seasoned actress, Mrinal Kulkarni best remembered as 'Son Pari'. Mrinal will be playing the role of Tarabai, the Maratha warrior queen.
