Albeit her short career, Sonam Kapoor is one actress who has dabbled in all types of roles, be it the fashionable

Aisha, or the sweet and subtle Aayat. Keeping up with the trend, Sonam has received the chance of a lifetime by acquiring a role in an upcoming film based on the athlete, Milkha Singh's life.

Starring opposite Farhan Akhtar, who plays the role of Milkha, the film called Bhaag Milkha Bhaag, will see how the legendary athlete came to surface. Rumors had it that Sonam would be playing the wife of Milkha Singh. However, it turns out that she will instead be playing a lover of whom he kept a secret from others.

To get into character, Sonam is heard to be spending time with Milkha in bid to get a understanding the romantic life the athlete held with his lover, as well as other aspects of his life that are credible to the film. It is known that his love life interfered between his marriage, which is why it is such a crucial part of the the movie.
