What does fitness mean to you? What's your idea of fitness?
You are asking this question to a very wrong person. I have never worked out nor have I ever stepped into a gym or done yoga. (Laughs)
Are you conscious about your food choices?
Yes, I am. I eat healthy food. I eat after every 2-3 hours but in small proportions. So I keep eating the whole day. I eat too much.
Three things you do every day to remain fit.
1. skipping
2. eat healthy food and
3. be happy.
What is your take on the size zero figure craze among the girls?
I think nobody should go for size zero. You skip meals and continuously starve for few months and then you leave it after few months. What is the point in stressing your body for months and getting back to same shape once left?
Is there any sport you are skilled at?
I am skilled at skating. I was trained in skating while I was in school.
A celeb body you admire?
I admire Urmila Matondkar and Kareena Kapoor's body.
What is your fitness secret?
I eat too much but I think I have a good rate of metabolism. That is why I don't gain weight. Also, I skip daily for 5-10 minutes. I live on the 16th floor, so sometimes when I don't get time to skip, I climb up the stairs and come down too.
A fitness tip for your fans.
Do not control your diet. Do not starve. Eat in small proportions and SKIP daily.
