Shweta Gulati joins the gang of interns in Star One's Dill Mill Gayye to provide a new flavor to the serial...
Confirming this news is Amita Devadiga, Creative Head, Dill Mill Gayye as she says, “Shweta will be playing Dr. Nikita an intern who enters Sanjeevani. She is a sweet and positive character who goes on to become a thick friend of Riddhima”.
“Nikita actually enters the hospital when Dr. Armaan is away on a conference. When the two bump into each other after his return, it is revealed that Armaan and Nikita happen to be friends from college days”, adds Amita.
On the possibility of a love triangle here, Amita states, “We have certainly not planned for that as of now. Shweta is in for a cameo which will last for two months. If the character gets popular, we might extend her role then”.
Well, we really wish the extension to Karan-Shweta chemistry gives an added color to the serial!!

Nikita's character was initially a two months cameo, even Abhimanyu ... kisne sochat tha these two were gonna be the only couple to end up together and lasted in two seasons ! love AbhiNiki and miss them ;)

i agree with u jasmine chabra, bas humari shilpu waapas ajaye phir ghatiya se ghatiya storyline bhi chalegi....
and yeah you're absolutely right ramani....i wud like to quote ur words bcoz thats exactly how i feel...well evn though its sounds fresh but i really doubt these dmg guys bcz they failed to enlight the characters they already introduced like rahuls,muskaan,shehnazbi.
i think shweta's character will be main for a few weeks but after that she'll be sidelined as the dmg creatives already dont hav enough screenplay for the other interns,that is, atul anjali rahul and muskaan...they still haven't proceeded their stories and now they're bringing another intern...anyways why am i writing all this? i dont watch dmg anymore but it used to be my most fav serial before shilpa's exit.
