It’s all work and no play for Shraddha Kapoor, who is currently on a success spree. Her last three films- Stree, Chhichhore, and Saaho, have been ruling the box-office with humongous numbers and has Remo Dsouza’s dance drama film Street Dancer 3D slated to release in the coming year. Despite soaking in the success of her recent hit films, the young actress revealed that she battled with anxiety in a low phase of her life.
Shraddha got a little emotional and revealed, "I didn't even know what was anxiety. We didn't know it since a very long time. It just after Aashiqui where I had these physical manifestation of anxiety. There's this pain happening where there was no physiological diagnosis. We got so many tests done but there was nothing wrong with me in the doctor's report. It's bizarre because I kept thinking why I was getting that pain. Then I kept asking myself why that is happening, “ in a conversation with Pinkvilla.
The actress further states that she has found the best way to deal with it. She added, "Today, it's something that I still deal with but it has become so much better than what it was. Also, somewhere you have to embrace it. You have to accept it as part of yourself and approach it with a lot of love. That made a big difference. Whether you have anxiety or not, you always need to understand who you are or what you stand for."
Shraddha’s last projects-Saaho co-starring Prabhas and Chhichhore turned to be huge money spinners and has a dance drama scheduled to be released next year. Street Dancer 3D also stars Varun Dhawan and Nora Fatehi in pivotal roles.
