Shilpa Shetty sends Monday motivation for her fans while working out on a wheelchair

One of the most skilled actresses in the Bollywood industry, Shilpa Shetty, consistently ensures to leave her admirers stunned with her killer beauty and fitness. The diva recently posted on Instagram that she had injured her leg and would be out of commission for at least six weeks, but she expressed optimism for a successful recovery.

Shilpa Shetty once again proved that no hindrance will stop her from staying fit. she shared a video wherein she can be seen sitting on her wheel chair in her gymming room while carrying the dumbbells and working out.

Along with the video, she penned a lengthy caption that read, “Keep moving. No matter what.” That’s the policy I’m living by, especially these past couple of weeks😅Putting the time I have to good use, while my leg’s going to need time to make a full recovery, decided to ensure I follow a routine that works on strengthening the upper body. Today, the routine included Dumbbell Overhead Press for the shoulders & triceps, Half-Range Hammer Curls for the arms & forearms, and Lateral Raises for the shoulders. However, I performed these under the expert supervision of @yashmeenchauhan. If you’re also recovering from an injury, then you must do these under the supervision of a qualified and experienced coach, unless you are an experienced exerciser yourself. Happy Monday, guys 💪😘"

The actress had previously graced an occasion in a wheelchair and had a plaster on her left leg. Shilpa seems to be genuinely dedicated to her profession and in good spirits despite being injured.
