Shibani Kashyap goes Slam-bang!

Singer-cum-music director Shibani Kashyap performed live with her newly formed band i.e. Sojourn, at Hard Rock Cafe, on Tuesday night marking it their debut performance in Mumbai. The show kicked off with Siddharth Kannan, who is known for his brilliant repartees introducing the band members and briefing about the newly formed band. As always, he gave a side- splitting speech to announce her dearest friend Shibani's performance and set the mood just right!
 
Dressed in denim and boots, Shibani looked every inch a rock-star all set to get the crowd into the grove! Wasting no time, the band immediately sang a farrago of songs in quick succession making the ritzy and glitzy crowd groove to their songs. She kick- started the night with the most popular track Sajna Aa Bhi Ja  followed by Kya Nazakat Hai and few western classics like Smooth Operator, It's all about the money and many more.
 
 Alex O Nell, or better known as actress Sweta Keswani's boyfriend had us by surprise with his performance too in between. Close friends like Sonali Nagrani, Sharad Jagtiani, Shweta Keswani, Adam Bedi, and Jimmy Felix were there to cheer Shibani and the band!
SOJOURNE is a recently formed band with an eclectic mix of musicians who do a lot of original songs both in English and Hindi and also cover top artistes like STING, SADE, ALANAH MYLES, THE CORRS, EUROPE, NELLY FUTARDO etc.
By all means this was one 'dynamo' performance by Shibani and troop!
