Shefali Jariwala Death: Reports emerge of actress undergoing anti-ageing treatment; Neha Bhasin slams media

Last night, we got the shocking news that Shefali Jariwala is no more. The Kaanta Laga girl passed away at 42. While the actual reason of death is still to be ascertained, it is being reported as cardiac arrest. As we know, fatalities in such cases is more than heart attacks. Shefali Jariwala also suffered from epilepsy when she was young. However, she had controlled her condition with proper medication and a regimented lifestyle. Everyone is wondering how someone as fit as Shefali Jariwala passed away suddenly in this manner.

Now, as per a report in NDTV, the actress was undergoing anti-ageing treatments since five to six years. It seems she was taking Vitamin C and glutathione to improve her skin. This was told by sources to the channel. However, doctors said that there is no connection between these and heart related ailments. On seeing this report on an entertainment page, Neha Bhasin wrote on the comments section of Instant Bollywood, “Stop writing rubbish to gain sensationalism. At least in departure let people rest in peace. Honour the dead and do not sell them for views.”

Shefali Jariwala’s Rakhi brother Hindustani Bhau, Arti Singh and her husband, Vikas Gupta, Mahira Sharma, Surbhi Chandna were seen at her home and Cooper Hospital. The final rites will happen at Oshiwara Crematorium. The Mumbai Police visited her home in the morning and also people from forensics were there. The final results of post-mortem should be out in a few days. Parag Tyagi and some friends had initially taken her to the Bellavue Hospital in Andheri (West). There was declared dead on arrival. Then, they shifted her to Cooper Hospital.
