Shahid’s 'Ask Me Anything' session is all about wife Mira, Health Tips, Jersey and much more!

Shahid Kapoor seems to be bored of self-quarantine and he had the best idea to burn down his boredom. Shahid took to his Instagram handle and held an Ask Me Anything session on Sunday Night. To everyone’s surprise, the actor heaped humongous response after fans asked him a plethora of questions. 

Shahid answered several questions about his upcoming film Jersey, how to grow a beard and his way of remaining motivated amid coronavirus lockdown.

When asked about three habits that changed his life, Shahid said, “Being a vegetarian. Seeking spirituality. Always listen to my wife.” Talking about what makes a soulmate, he said, “to be there when it matters”.

The Kabir Singh actor was also asked about the release date of his upcoming film, Jersey. To which he replied, “Brother, bigger things at play in life. Your guess is as good as mine.” Talking about South star Nani who featured in the original, he said, “He was fantastic. Made me cry so many times in the movie.”

On being asked to say something about Shah Rukh Khan, Shahid said, “Hope to see him back on screen soon.” He also claimed to be a big fan of Hrithik Roshan and that “everyone loves Bhai (Salman Khan)”.

Most importantly the 39-year-old actor was quizzed; how he manages to be productive while spending days in quarantine. To which Shahid told him to, “Divide your time. Be productive. Make a routine. Learn something new. Prep for work whenever it starts. But most importantly...be with family.” Sharing a few health tips, he wrote, “At a time like this. Eat healthy food. Train alternate days. Don’t overtrain that also reduces immunity. Stay positive and spread love.”

When an eager fan said that he wanted more movies like Kabir Singh, the actor said, “Me too. Where to find?”

Meanwhile, on the work front, Shahid’s last release saw a humongous response from the audience. While few labeled the film ‘misogynist’ it still managed to be his biggest solo blockbuster earning approx; 379 CR at the box-office. Now, the actor has been working on his upcoming film Jersey which is a remake of Telugu film in the same name.
