Shahid Kapoor- Shraddha Kapoor's Shooting STALLED: Details Below

As per fresh updates that we have received from the sets of Shahid Kapoor - Shraddha Kapoor starrer 'Batti Gul Meter Chalu', the film's shooting had to be stalled.

The reason for this is said to be power failure in Tehri, Uttarakand where the team is currently shooting. Ironically, the film also revolves around the concept of electricity theft and the team faced exactly the same while shooting in the region. They are now getting the first hand experience of things faced by the people in the interiors.

Our close sources inform us, that the shooting was stopped mid scene due to power cut that lasted for a couple of hours.

Source from the sets said, "Generators were arranged but by the time shooting could resume it took a couple of hours. The team had conversations with the Locals and were discussing the power cut issue. These inputs helped them make a few improvisations to the story."
