Shahid- Kangana's "cold war" has created a rift in the team

Is Kangana Ranaut the reason for Shahid Kapoor's absence on KWK?

As known to all, Shahid Kapoor and Kangana Ranaut are on a 'cold- war' with each other. And, looks like their personal rift is causing trouble in their professional front.

Reportedly, the team of 'Rangoon', Saif Ali Khan- Kangana Ranaut- Shahid Kapoor, were to appear on Karan Johar's chat show, "Koffee with Karan" to promote their film. However, now due to sour relations between Shahid and Kangana, the team won't be appearing together. Only Kangana and Saif will be coming over.

While there are strong speculations, that since Shahid had already made an appearance with his wife Mira Rajput Kapoor, he is not coming again!

On the other hand, Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt who had already appeared once separately during this season will be coming in again to promote 'Badrinath ki Dulhaniya'!

So, this clearly hints that it's the rift that is keeping Shahid away and not his second- time appearance.
