Shaheer Sheikh's father passes away

Actor Shaheer Sheikh's father, Shahnawaz Sheikh, who was on the ventilator recently battling COVID-19 has passed away. As one would remember, Sheikh tweeted only a couple of days ago asking for everyone's prayers as his father was extremely critical and on the ventilator.

Just as it happened, multiple celebrities including Sheikh's friend and actor Hina Khan dropped in to give him words of encouragement. Unfortunately, Mr. Sheikh breathed his last and passed away. It was actor Aly Goni who recently tweeted about the same as his tweet read, “Inna Lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un May Allah rest uncle’s soul in peace bhai @Shaheer_S stay strong bhai.”

While Sheikh is yet to tweet or post and understandably so, as soon as Goni tweeted about it, several fans dropped in and offered their condolences.
