Saubhagyalaxmi to off-air in March?

&TV is soon set to launch their ambitious project 'Meri Awaz Hi Pehchan Hai' which marks the debut of Bollywood actress, Amrita Rao on the small screen. The show's promo was released just a few days ago and has got a good response as apart from Amrita it features stalwart veteran actors like Zarina Wahab and Deepti Naval.

However, it seems the launch of this show will be costing the channel their popular show, 'Saubhagyalaxmi' which was a revamped season of 'Bhagyalaxmi'. This revamp took place more than a month ago where only actors, Sara Khan and Aroona Irani reprised their roles.

However, an alluring new line up of actors like Abigail Jain, Apurva Agnihotri and Angad Hasija were added to the new season. But it all seems in vain, as the channel has confirmed that 'Meri Awaz Hi Pehchan Hai' will be launched on the 8pm slot from 7th March 2016 which currently belongs to Saubhagyalaxmi.

Though there isn't any confirmation on the show going off-air, the channel hasn't confirmed any time changes for the show either.

We contacted Abigail, who plays one of the leads on the show, she said, "Yes, I have been aware about all the rumours surrounding about the show going off-air. However, we haven't really been notified about it yet. I don't really know what is the fate of the show. It does seem obvious that the upcoming show is set to be telecasted on the time slot our show airs, but then who knows what have the makers planned otherwise!"

I hope it's not going off air. The show just started again after the leap. That's not enough time to say it isn't doing well. They should have just ended it before doing the leap then.

I hope there is just going to be a time slot change and the show is not being axed!

I started watching this show for Abigail Jain but the track is truly pathetic were two sisters become Sautan. The cast is talented & they are wasting it for this stupid show. They deserves a good show

I truely hope there is a timw slot change..
The show seals with intense core human reasoning drama.. Fine aet of artists.. & there is a lot od dynamics dramatics of reasoning of how the Trust over shadows LOVE & your own deceive and somewhrte realities life takes...Fictional Story telling with life elements is very well projected & an audience who see that shade of life wud wish it to stay & move to another time slot the channel should consider...

Why bring new actors and a new season then. Mad channel . I hope there is a new time slot
Started watching the new season due to apurva's presence and the story was just getting interesting ... What nonsense on the part of the channel and production house. We viewers feel cheated as such gross irresponsibility of pulling a show off air in just one month not giving a chance at all.

dis is purely HELL! If d show was meant to go off air den y dey brought Angad Hasija in the show...I m sure now Shrenik Kuhu ki koi luv story th honi nhi ab itne short time mei.
plus kal ka bkwas twist chii...sb itna jldi wrap up krge...rajdhani xpress ki speed se..
I ws watching just fr my jodiii Sara khan and angad hasija... SaNgad,will miss dem so badly.
