'Sasural Genda Phool' actor Akkshay Sethi to get married tomorrow

It is December and as we already know, it is peak wedding season indeed where he have an array of engagements and weddings to look forward to. While the world is literally talking about the Vicky Kaushal-Katrina Kaif wedding that will be happening tomorrow, there are plenty other weddings to look forward to as well.

Actor Akkshay Sethi, who is best known for his role in Sasural Genda Phool is all set to tie the knot tomorrow in a close-knit ceremony. He is getting married to Bhagyashree Talware, a chartered accountant in the latter's hometown in Nashik. 

The sangeet and haldi ceremonies will take place today and tomorrow, respectively. The couple will host a reception there on the evening of December 9.

Talking about it with ETimes TV, Sethi said, “It’s an arranged match. Our fathers have been friends for several years and they were planning to meet for a long time. Bhagyashree and her family came to Mumbai last month. That’s when I met her and we liked each other. Everything fell into place and we got engaged on October 19. Like our engagement, our wedding will also be held in Nasik.”

He has invited a few industry friends, who are expected to attend the wedding. He says, “I am not in touch with many actors, as lately, I haven’t been working actively. Besides, I am an introvert, too, and take my time to befriend people. I have invited a few actors, who I am thick with and am expecting them to attend my big day (smiles).”

On the workfront, he was last seen in Divya Drishti and is already looking forward to interesting projects ahead.
