Sanjay Dutt's RELATIONSHIP with his kids

Actor Sanjay Dutt says he shares a beautiful relationship with his three children - Trishala, Iqra and Shahraan.

The actor will be making his comeback on the silver screen after three years with the National Award-winning director Omung Kumar's "Bhoomi", which revolves around a father- daughter relationship.

How is his relationship with his children?

"I share a very beautiful relationship with them. But I am not their friend, I am their father," Sanjay replied to the question asked by IANS here.

"My father (late actor Sunil Dutt) used to say to me this and I also follow that in my life with my kids," he added.

The 57-year-old actor was arrested for illegal possession of arms in a case related to the 1993 serial blasts, in which over 250 people were killed and several hundred wounded. He was released from the Yerawada Central Jail last year.

"Bhoomi", which is jointly produced by Bhushan Kumar, Sandeep Singh and Omung Kumar, also features Shekhar Suman and Aditi Rao Hydari in pivotal roles.

The film is slated to release on August 4.
