Sangram & I are not party people: Payal Rohatgi on skipping the success party of her show 'Lock Upp '

Payal Rohatgi, who emerged as the first runner-up of Kangana Ranaut's controversial reality show 'Lock Upp', gave rise to a lot of speculations after she skipped the after-party of the show yesterday. Putting all rumors to rest, the actress got in an exclusive chat with India Forums and revealed the real reason behind skipping the success party of the show.

When we asked Payal the reason behind her absence from the after party of the show which gave rise to a lot of questions, the actress smiled and went ahead to say,

''I am a human being and I have a soul. I want my soul to react right to everything that happens in my life rather than reacting. My soul demanded rest and my soul demanded that I should give preference to my partner the day after the show as he too was highly disappointed. As everyone knows, Sangram and I are not 'party people.' We enjoy waking up early and practicing Yoga. We have a zone that is made of early mornings, breakfasts, and yoga, and not parties. Which is why you did not see me at the party. Also, I was very tired and disappointed. I wanted to take some time to come out and talk to everyone as I did not want to disappoint anyone. Neither my fans, nor the makers of the show.'' 

Well, the success party of 'Lock Upp' was hosted by producer Ekta Kapoor. The bash witnessed everyone associated with the show, ALTBalaji and the producer Ekta Kapoor. Pictures and videos from this party have been breaking the internet since the past two days now. Talking about the show, the trophy of the show was bagged by Munawar Faruqi, while Payal Rohatgi emerged as the first runner-up followed by Anjali Arora as the second runner-up of the show.
