Samantha Ruth Prabhu is giving some serious fitness inspiration, does 80kg deadlift

Samantha Ruth Prabhu, who allured the audience with her sensuous dance moves in 'Pushpa: The Rise', is currently being lauded for her screen presence in the item song. 'Oo Antava' being her first special song.

The actress is on a roll and is outdoing herself as a part of some fitness resolution for 2022 apparently. 

Earlier, she posed a level-up challenge to her followers and posted a kneeling jump squats video. She caption her video as,

"kickstart your 2022 with this no equipment 'level- up’ challenge and feel the BURN ???? When my trainer @junaid.shaikh88 challenges me.. I challenge you ?? .. let’s do it #levelupchallenge".

Her video was highly appreciated by her fans and Bollywood celebs like Kiara Advani and Sanya Malhotra, who dropped fire emojis in the comments section. 

This time, Prabhu outdoes herself as she performs deadlifts starting from 75 kg, and progressing to 78 kg and finally 80 kg! 

Her trainer Junaid Shaikh is seen encouraging her all the way and Samantha finally achieves the feat.

On the work-front, Samantha was recently seen in a special number 'Oo Antaava' in Allu Arjun's film 'Pushpa: The Rise'. She recently even thanked Allu Arjun, who co-starred in the song, crediting him for the success. 

She has wrapped up shooting for Shaakunthalam and has resumed shooting for two bi-lingual projects. She has also given her nod to star in 'Arrangements of Love', a film by 'Downton Abbey' director John Philip. 

Apart from that, she will return to OTT in a web-series co-starring Varun Dhawan.
