Salman Khan Starrer Sikandar Teaser Release Rescheduled; New Time Revealed

The much-awaited teaser of Salman Khan and Rashmika Mandanna’s upcoming film Sikandar was initially set to release on December 27, 2024, to coincide with Salman’s birthday. However, following the passing of former Indian Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh, the teaser’s release was delayed to show respect for the late leader. The new teaser drop time is now 4:05 PM on December 28, 2024.

Nadiadwala Grandson, the production company behind Sikandar, shared the news of the updated teaser release time via their social media accounts. In a statement, they expressed, "In respect of the final journey of our former Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh, the teaser launch will now be at 4:05 PM." This change comes after an initial rescheduling to 11:07 AM on December 28, which was further adjusted.

The official post from Nadiadwala Grandson read, "As the nation pays tribute to the Honourable Dr. Manmohan Singh, we have rescheduled the #Sikandar Teaser launch to 4:05 PM Tomorrow. In this time of reflection and respect, we stand united with the nation. We appreciate your patience and understanding – the teaser will be worth the wait! #TeamSikandar."

Fans of the film, including Salman Khan’s loyal followers, responded positively to the respectful decision. One user wrote, “Okay wait kaar lenge. Respect baar gaya Salman bhai or grandson ke upar,” while another said, “Wait and watch teaser bawal hi hoga.” Others paid tribute to the late Prime Minister, with one commenting, “Grande salute...Nadiadwala and Sikandar team for this work... RIP for Dr. Manmohan Singh.”

'Sikandar', produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and directed by AR Murugadoss, is set for an Eid 2025 release. Fans are eagerly waiting for Salman Khan's return to the big screen.
